MINUTES OF THE VIDYALAYA MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING

HELD ON 06.08.2009

The VMC meeting of K.V. Ganeshkhind, Pune was held on 06/08/2009 presided over by Hon’ble Chairman VMC Shri Anil Datar, Director, ARDE and attended by other distinguished members of VMC.

At the very outset Principal Dr(Mrs) Kranti Kumar welcomed all the members

01) Review of Previous Meeting

· White washing is being undertaken

· Contractual Teachers have been appointed

· Class XI Commerce and additional section in Class IX have started

· Furniture – KVS specification has been procured

· Admission are over

· Minutes of previous meeting were approved

· Approval for the following was sought :-

Purchase of seven computers – KVS has been asked for approval

Quotations for AMC for aqua guards have been called

· Forms for Incentive award have been sent

· Construction/Repairing work is still going on :-

-Renovation of Toilets and Water proofing is in progress

· Bio-tech lab has been completed and to be handed over to the vidyalaya

02) Result Analysis

The Principal informed presented the Result Analysis before the members and inform that that

· Class XII Result was Not satisfactory and Class X result was good

· Class XII Supplementary candidates passed the supplementary Exam

· Hon’ble Chairman suggested: -

PTA Meeting to be held along with students

Students should be more sincere

Both teachers and parents should give attention for the betterment of the performance

· Mrs.M.Sahasrabudhe suggested: -

Students’ feelings to be considered

Students to be given a questionnaire in order to get their suggestion

· Prof. Chinchnikar suggested: -

School should have its own teaching and testing programme

Some corrective measures to be taken after that

No.of students in different ranges to be identified

A Graph of each child to be prepared

03) Approval of staff sanction and Annual Budget :

The proposal for staff sanction for the session 2009-2010 was presented before the VMC and the Committee members approved the same.
Budget estimate was also given approval.
Chairman’s approval was also required for change of Blackboards. 10 new Blackboards are to be purchased.
Materials for Bio-technology Lab. have to be purchased. List of consumable and non-consumable items is to be prepared and sent fo
